Penny graduated from ‘The Webber Douglas Academy Of Dramatic Art’, London in 1991. 

She has since worked extensively in Theatre, Television, Voice Over, Role play, Forum Theatre and Live Improvisation. 

 From 2007 she has nationally toured her one woman comedy show 'Welcome To Fabulous Jenny Vegas'

Penny also tutors young people in acting at the Easy Street Academy of Performing Arts, Sheffield,

for whom she has written adaptations of children’s books for the stage such as her recent adaptation of Anne Turnbull's ‘Pigeon Summer’.
